In this guide, we will walk you through upgrading the firmware for the NSC-DB2 video doorbell with the Batch Configuration computer program.
Download The Most Recent Firmware
To download the most recent firmware for your doorbell, click here to view the product page. Scroll all the way down, click the "Downloads" tab, and download the most recent firmware to your computer.
Download and Launch Batch Configuration as Admin
Click here to download the Batch Configuration tool. Once you've installed the program, run it as an administrator. When the program launches, you should see a list of all the H-Series devices connected to your network. If you don't see anything, make sure you ran the program as an administrator.
Locate Your Doorbell
The Batch Configuration tool will show you all of the H-Series devices connected to your network. If your doorbell was properly connected to the network, it will show up on your device list as NDB313-W. The address listed in the IPv4 Address column is your device's IP address.

Add Your Doorbell to Your Device List
Click the "+ Add" button at the top of the screen. Add your doorbell's info and click "OK."

Upgrade Your Doorbell's Firmware
With your doorbell in your device listed selected, click the "Upgrade" icon at the top of the screen. In the box that pops up, make sure "File Upgrade" is selected. In "File Path," browse to the location where you saved the firmware file from Step One. Upload the firmware, ensure that "Reboot Device After Upgrading" is checked, and click "OK."

As the firmware updates, you'll see a status bar. When the update is complete, your device will restart.
That's it! Your NSC-DB2 firmware is up to date!
