How to Upgrade Your NSC-DB2 Video Doorbell's Firmware

In this guide, we will walk you through upgrading the firmware for the NSC-DB2 video doorbell with the Batch Configuration computer program.

Download The Most Recent Firmware

To download the most recent firmware for your doorbell, click here to view the product page. Scroll all the way down, click the "Downloads" tab, and download the most recent firmware to your computer.

Download and Launch Batch Configuration as Admin

Click here to download the Batch Configuration tool. Once you've installed the program, run it as an administrator. When the program launches, you should see a list of all the H-Series devices connected to your network. If you don't see anything, make sure you ran the program as an administrator.

Locate Your Doorbell

The Batch Configuration tool will show you all of the H-Series devices connected to your network. If your doorbell was properly connected to the network, it will show up on your device list as NDB313-W. The address listed in the IPv4 Address column is your device's IP address.

Note: Your doorbell will always show up as Inactive on Batch Configuation, even if you've activated your device from the phone app. There's no need to activate your doorbell from this program.
